Can I share files which are bigger than 30 MB?

A: Yes indeed, Luckily ProjectBoard allows this useful option to be able to be configured, so that you can share 30-MB, 50-MB files and even bigger files. In any case, the limit is determined by the server capacity.

Can I control access to any part of the project?

A: Yes, you can control who can access what in the project, through the special ProjectBoard tools called Rooms.

What is the difference between ProjectBoard and other project management products?

A: Right now, in the market, most of the other products of this type are aimed – mainly – at the management and monitoring of tasks relating to one project; whereas ProjectBoard is a tool built to manage the knowledge and information generated in each project and to share it with the members of each project.
